UK DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched once a week on the Thursday. Cut off time for Thursdays deliveries are at 4pm on the Wednesday. For UK delivery, we use the TNT next day tracked delivery service, if you place your order Wednesday before 4pm it will be dispatched Thursday and you will receive it Friday between 8am and 5pm.

TNT quote this as being a next day service.

  • Tracked ( TNT ) When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included. We dispatch all UK deliveries from our warehouse located at: Staples Corner London, NW2 7JP. It is strongly recommended that you track your delivery online and try to make sure someone is at the delivery address on the day of delivery. If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, a tracking card will be left for you with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. ( This may incur extra charges )

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched once a week on the Thursday. Cut off time for Thursdays deliveries are at 4pm on the Wednesday. Orders placed before 4pm on a Wednesday are dispatched on the Thursday and you will receive within 7 working days. European deliveries are made using TNT.

  • Tracked (TNT) When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included.

If someone is present at the time of delivery to sign for your order, it will be marked as ʻsigned forʼ on the TNT tracking system.

If no one is available to sign for your order at the delivery address, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it.

If you wish to return anything to us from a non-EU country, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched once a week on the Thursday. Cut off time for Thursdays deliveries are at 4pm on the Wednesday.  For Australia delivery, we use the TNT next day tracked delivery service, so if you place your order Wednesday before 4pm it will be dispatched Thursday and you will receive it  Friday between 8am and 5pm. TNT quote this as being a 1-2 day service.

We dispatch all Australian deliveries from our 2 warehouses located at:

Will I be charged Customs and Import?

All Import and custom duties are charged after the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunantly, we have no control over these charges and we are unable to advise you on what the costs may be, as import and customs duties vary widely from country to country.

Before you place your order we recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges, so you are not surprised by any unexpected costs.

Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. You can request your tracking number by emailing care@aquabocci.com

i have received a faulty item?

If you think that the item you have received is faulty, please contact your local office and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details and images as possible to assist us.

All of our products are well packaged in cardboard boxes. We can not accept returns that have been scratched or damaged or stained. Refunds are processed once we have received the goods in our warehouse

I have received an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact your local office and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible to assist us.

An item is missing from my order

Regrettably mistakes can happen, sometimes we donʼt send everything youʼve ordered so if you receive your package and an item is missing, please contact your local office.
